Staying Grounded Through Instability
And when life begins to throw a whole lot of life your way, the impacts can ripple through everything in your life.
We've all heard about self-care, but how can you REALLY implement that into your life?
Do you have to meditate? Go to the spa? Go to a therapist?
Let's talk to a professional who can give us evidence-based techniques that we can use in our real, hectic, and sometimes crazy lives! She'll give us tools and resources so we can navigate things like exhaustion, stress, and anxiety with compassion (and while maintaining boundaries!).
We'll be talking with Lisa Noe, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who uses a client-centered and collaborative approach that heavily incorporates mindfulness and self-compassion techniques. Additionally, Lisa utilizes solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and other interventions to address a range of concerns.
Join us on Wednesday, April 1st at 10am PT to hear from Lisa on techniques and tools that can help you navigate uncertain times. This will be a safe space to ask questions so you can walk away with tools to help you, your family, your business, and your community. ❤️
This free webinar is open to all. Please share with others!
